About Pat Carbonneau

Pat retired after many years as a psychologist in private practice as well as working with families at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.  It was then that she began to take her love of art to another level.  Courses, workshops, books, and lots of learning from
many sources.

She also volunteered for 15 years at the Ottawa May Court Hospice in several of their programs.  In the latter years, she would be at the 'art table' in their day hospice program, encouraging budding artists.  Since 2015 she took part in their annual Christmas Boutique, selling her art to help raise funds for the Hospice's many projects.

She works in many mediums....acrylics, oil and cold wax, collage, inks and encaustics.  She has shown her works at Old Chelsea Gallery, Creighton Street Gallery, and currently at Santini Gallery in Ottawa.
